I agree with Amber. I also recommend Revlons Colorstay eyeliner. To help with the eyeliners staying power, make sure you set it with an eyeshadow :)

I always had problems with smudging too. Get a mac paint pot and apply it before the liner. Afterwards follow Korie's advice with the eye shadow.

inglot gel liner in 77 is the blackest liner i have ever used and is soo opaque, it last forever, its a pain to get off but atleast its doing its job!

I love mac gel liners! Sometimes it will smear in really hot weather, but so many people asked me which eyeliner I used so that should be a good thin g:) good luck!

Bobbi Brown Gel Liner is amazing! I like it way better than the MAC one, because it NEVER dries out. I loved my MAC fluidline, but it dried out before I finished it. My Bobbi Brown one has never dried out, I love it!

Not Cassie, but you get can get Inglot online if you don't live near one of their stores. www.inglotusa.com (US only, I believe)
My favourite is Prestige Total Intensity pencil eyeliners. While they don't come in as many colours as MUFE Aqua or UD 24/7, they don't move. (Available at Ulta and some Rite Aids.)

I'd extremely reccommend Bobbi Brown's Gel Eyeliner in Black Ink! It's great because it lasts all day, very pigmented and doesn't dry out as quickly as other gel liners from other companies :) xoxo

Mac Kohl Power in Feline...Really black eyeliner. I like to use black tied on top to set the liner. Also, really like Loreal Carbon Black liner Intense liquid liner...works really well and stays put all day!
