My eyebrows naturally don't arch very much at all. I try to pluck some of the under hairs and use an eyebrow pencil to fill in the top to fake the arch a little, but it isn't working as well as I would like. Any suggestions?

Mine dont either! So I do the same. I also use Anastasia Brow kit. It has stencils and awesome brow stuff for the perfect brows :)

Oh, stencils! Great idea! I'll look into the Anastasia brow kit. Janelle, would u be able to post a picture of your brows with one without makeup and the other having used the Anastasia kit?...If you don't have time, I totally understand. I'd just love to see the difference.

For a less expensive version, to practice with, try ELF's eyebrow kit. Found at Target, Target.com and ELF's website for $5.

Try highlighting only the outside part of your orbital bone underneath your brow w/ a shimmery light color if you don't already. It'll bring out the brow bone and help accentuate the arch by giving the illusion of a lifted brow.

Its good to know where to put the arch too, I swear by the 'ruler' trick. To find where your arch goes you line a ruler up so that you line the tip of the ruler with the tip of your nose, and the middle of the ruler with your pupil (obviously not touching it! lol) and then the part of your eyebrow the ruler goes through is the perfect place to have the arch.
I know for ages I was getting it wrong putting it too far out and so it made them look a lot flatter. This has helped me get a much nicer arch. Hope this helps!

I'm looking into the Anastasia eyebrow marker in "universal blonde". Has anyone tried this product?
@carrie f. I have used the ruler trick before, but I think I'll take a second look..just make sure I'm not off. Thanks for the thoughts!

every eyebrow has an arch, make sure you tweeze under the brow and not on top of it, when you tweeze under the brow you remove that shading that makes it look like there is no arch, i just learned that in my cosmo class! haha

This made me smile because I always want straight eyebrows. I have arched eyebrows and I've always envied people with straight brows, like Natalie Portman. :)
EDIT: oops! I didn't realize how old this thread was. :O
