L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara in Carbon Black is amazing! Best drugstore mascara I've ever tired. My favorite high end is YSL Faux Cils mascara in Noir Radical. Gives me length and volume like no other. Love love love

Drugstore: L'Oreal Voluminous without a doubt (I use it everyday and it never ceases to amaze me!)
High end: Lancome Hypnose, Diorshow Blackout --I also have these and love them, just prefer the L'Oreal for the simple fact that im saving a heck load of money and still getting great lashes:)

Another vote for Carbon Black Voluminous mascara by L'Oreal. It's a decent price, but I tend to stock up when it's on sale. I love how dark it is, and the fact there are regular & waterproof versions.
Aside from review purposes, I don't really stray from it.

MUFE SMOKEY LASH [waterproof version] - seriously, it's the toughest mascara I've had to ever get off, and it lengthens AND volumizes! DEFINITELY worth the $$$. Sad thing is, the only thing I've found to successfully remove it is the MUFE Sense Eyes, and that's another extra cost, but it keeps you from rubbing/tugging the eye area and irritating it w/ random oily alternatives. My lashes are not stiff, it holds its curl, and does not flake. Besides, if you don't like it - Sephora has the BEST return policy EVER.

Maybelline Eye Studio XXL Lengthening. I hate 2 step formulas because they are the same as applying another coat of mascara, but not with this. It's the biggest I've ever seen my lashes.

My all-time favorite mascara is the MUFE Smoky Lash. It seriously volumizes the shenanigans out of your lashes! It is a little bit pricey, but totally worth it. It has never flaked on me, I looooove it so much!

Just bought L'Oreal Voluminous, but I got the one with the arch wand. I got that after seeing DulceCandy's newest foundation routine. I probably have to get used to the wand, but I still say, I really love love love L'Oreal Telescopic mascara. This Voluminous comes in a close second.

I've yet to find a good volume mascara that stayes on. Length no problem, but volume tends to fall off so easily. My favourite trick is to use a lash builder, and then just apply a lengthening mascara, that way I get alittle bit of both effects.

My top five mascaras (as of now, anyway) are L'Oreal Voluminous Millions, CoverGirl Professional Super Thick Lash, Tarte's Lights Cameras Lashes!, DiorShow, and Fresh's Supernova. I would say that Voluminous Million is my favorite overall just because it's inexpensive, it performs amazingly, and isn't hard to remove.
