I've always get this question when I am putting on lip conditioner on a client, and they ask "can't I just use my chapstick?"
We wrote at www.faceartbeauty.com/blog.html about the difference to us.
Would you agree that lip balm feels very different from lip conditioner?
And what's your favorite lip conditioner?

THERE'S LIP CONDITIONER? Where do you get it, I must try it!. Right now I'm using Rosebud lip balm, but if I forget to put it on I get terribly dry lips, so if lip conditioners better....
