broken EOS lip balm!

i bought EOS lip balm not too long ago. last night when i try to open it, it opened upside down!! it got stuck! i love EOS lip balm smell and texture! but it's not worth of $4 for broke after week!! is any one have same problems? or any solution to save broken lip balm??

mine melted in the car :( you could scoop it out, place it into another small jar and melt it down, then when it hardens it will be like new! i love eos too, i need to get a replacement!

I have had mine for 3-4 weeks now. Still holding up. I really really want to like this but I think it makes my lips peel too. I have yet to find the perfect lip balm for me. And I've tried so many.

I replace my EOS lip balm to Yes to carrot lip balm! So far I'm loving it ^^

Romee <3 Mines recently melted and so all i did was take the top part and place it on top of where it split then i pressed it against my lips and it was fixed lol <3

@Lisa, try yestocarrot lip balm! @Hanh, Mine stuck at top cap, maybe I need to melt it and put it to another container. Maybe not,, just too much of work ;p but I'm glad you saved your EOS <3
