Primer for Tinted Moisturizer?

This might sound a tad silly, but do you put on a primer if you're using tinted moisturizer?

It's a case of either-or for me. I only put a primer on as a base for foundation and/or concealer. Don't think you need a primer for tinted moisturizers. Right? Uh... I may be wrong.

Thanks for the input! I'm not too sure myself...coz I thought you need moisturized skin before you put on your primer. And if the moisturizer is tinted, then won't that kinda defeat its purpose? I'm confusing myself here, but yeah! Lol.

i would put on a primer because its going to help it stay on longer also look better.
