I've tried both high end and low, and my favorites are definitely Lancome Art Liner (great brush), Shu Uemura (such a pure and gorgeous black tone), and L'Oreal Lineur Intense (the gold tube)

Got to agree with Lala P on this one, Benefit's new Magic Ink is superb. I'm currently using the POP Beauty liquid eyeliner and love it just the same. Both seem to have a similar formula and looks patent leather-y. If you like a pen version, stila has a great long lasting liquid liner as well. As for cream, I've never tried Bobbi Brown but I do really like Maybelline's new cream liners and Buxom's cream liners. :)

I've tried all sorts of liner and they're still gathering dust at the bottom of my drawer since I don't use 'em anymore. This one works and I'm sticking to it.
Note to self: Clean the crusty drawers.

@Heather: Hi, Heather. I'm in Singapore and I get it at the local drugstore. I'll bet you can find it where you are though. Any place that carries a lot of Japanese cosmetics would most likely carry K-Palette.
I think there are websites where you can buy it from too. I'll check and drop you a message when I find the link. I know I saw it somewhere.

Wet n Wild creme liner is fantastic! It was cheap and stays on all day/night... Doesn't smudge or smear... :D
