in addition to TF and UD which are obvious winners here, lol, smashbox makes a pretty good eyelid primer in both a stick form and a liquidy one. benefit also makes several but i like lemon aid because it hides discolouration [its a lemony colour!], it works really well as a primer and can also be used without any eye makeup because its really nice and evens your veins and stuff out! mac prep and prime is good as well but people seem to be partial to the paint pots it seems!

I have some UDPP that I'm looking forward to trying out.
If you want something inexpensive, I've heard Palladio eye primer is also pretty good. (Supposedly made by the same people behind UDPP.)

Too Faced SI is my favourite, with MAC paint pots coming in second! Urban Decay PP works too, but I find it always creases on me while the other two don't. Lots of different options to choose from out there!
