How often is it recommended to get a facial? I have some spa gift certificates that are going to expire and I'm trying to figure out if it would be too rough on my skin to get a facial 1-2 weeks apart. Any advice appreciated!

Hi Thuyvan! I usually get a facial only once a month (deep cleansing, pore extraction, mask, etc.) Your best bet is to talk to the spa, let them know what your skin concerns are, and see what they recommend for you. Maybe there are add-ons you can use to make one visit absolutely amazing :) Good luck & have fun!

What Christina posted above is best. You can get a facial - depending on the type - once a week or up to once a month. Personally I do at home facials at least once a week or every two weeks but a spa facial is a bit different since they may do more. Like Christina said, talk to the spa since there are so many. Also, depending on the certificate you may want to try a body wrap or massage if you're concerned about the expiring certificates.
