Anyone know any tips on how to prevent whiteheads? I exfoliate on a regular basis (2-3x a week), but they love me too much and keep coming back. -______-
If it helps, I have normal to combo skin...

Amalee, what have you been using to exfoliate with? Instead of a scrub, have you tried peels or cleansing washes with lactic or glycolic acid? Lactic is better if you have sensitive skin. Also, if you're seeing the whiteheads on your cheeks, have you tried wiping your cell phone face with alcohol on a cotton pad? Oil and makeup debris on your phone could be clogging your pores and causing whiteheads or blackheads.

Thank you for your recommendation for the change of regime!
I usually don't get white heads on my cheeks. Usually I get them on my forehead and my nose. Sometimes under my lip.
Do you recommend any peels or cleansers with lactic or glycolic acide?

Forehead or nose--the t-zone. I noticed that you have bangs in your picture. Oil and product from your hair could be clogging the pores on your forehead. For a peel, I recommend the MD Skin Care Alpha Beta Daily Face Peel (http://bit.ly/gMZagR). If your skin gets sensitive, try using them every other day or every third day instead of every day. For cleansing, I HIGHLY recommend Jurlique Balancing Foaming Cleanser (http://bit.ly/gRndbF). I use that myself!
