Other than MAC's Blot Powder, what other pressed powders would you girls recommend for combination, acne-prone skin?
Thanks in advance!!

mac's MSF, or if you prefer heavier coverage, studio fix.. i also quite like Tarte's provocateur powders [i think thats what they'recalled] and they have pretty, soft purple packaging as well as spf and mineral ingredients.. plus the fact that they're beautiful :P if you have a body shop near you, also decent.
you may like smashbox pressed powder, i find it a bit too heavy for my taste. i also loved benefits get even. its is funny that i know all this because i rarely use pressed powder other than to set my liquid makeup!

Thanks Amanda! I'll check out all that you're recommended. My MAC Blot Powder is running out but I find that it doesn't really control oil as good as I thought it would. :)

I love both Stila Illuminating Powder Foundation (for fuller coverage) and Stila Sheer pressed powder (for oil control). Both do a fantastic job on my combo skin depending on how much coverage I want that day!

Maybelline's Dream Matte powder is great!! I have a little of a powder obession.. I've got some Mac, Laura Geller, Smashbox... but I always find myself going for this one! It's not pricey, and it's great.

This quite a tricky purchase since so many ingredients in powders are chock-full of ingredients that aggravate or prolong acne.
So, my favorite brand, Laura Mercier, may not be for you! However, I will plug LM a tad (hehe) by recommending their setting powders for being truly translucent and invisible on the skin! Even LM's mineral pressed powder contains talc (not ideal for acne-prone skin), but that is a possibility...
However, brands like Korres and Origins could work well for you! Korres makes a beautiful Wild Rose powder that could work in a healthier way like one would expect Estée Lauder's Double Wear Powder--or a Laura Mercier powder.
But a great product could be Origins' new Brighter By Nature pressed powder in SPF 30! Not only does the range offer a good choice of shades, they are formulated without oil and talc--making this a decent bet!
Also, could I recommend Peter Thomas Roth's spf 30 powder for problem/ acne skin? http://www.peterthomasroth.com/p-111-oily-problem-skin-instant-mineral-spf-30.aspx
A fantastic product with oil-blotting effects while giving extra sun protection!!
Best of luck!
Cheers!
