In my opinion the combo of the bold brow and eyeliner don't look good together. Make the liner thinner or the eyebrows less sculpted and harsh looking

I think highlight would make you high point stand out nore and give you a mire awake look but it all depens on you... I only highlight when I'm going out or have time but iver all I think its look good
