Can anyone give me some tips on how to achieve an amazing cat/winged eyeliner look on my hooded eyes?
I can never get it to look right. :(

Do you apply your liner with your eye open? If you do, you may be able to draw over the fold in the outer corner and give it a nice swooped wing that extends smoothly from your lash line out. If you apply it when your eye is closed and you have hooded eyes, sometimes it can look a bit funky when you open your eye because it's been drawn on to your non-folded lid and it doesn't compensate for the deep fold. I would fool around with whichever type of liner you're most comfortable with (pencil, liquid, gel, etc.) until you figure out how to create the illusion of one smooth winged line. I think sometimes it just takes some serious trial and error to get around the quirkiness of some of our features :)
I hope this helps!

@DJ M. how exactly would I do that? When I try to draw it with my eye open, even only partly the line goes extreamly wonky and will not go straight and smooth. :(

Have you tried with a liquid liner with a nice flexible, slim brush similar to UD's liquid liners? I tend to line my eyes with liquid while open by slightly resting the brush up against where my lashes meet my lid and carefully follow the shape of my eye. I tight-line my eyes a lot too so I guess lining with my eyes open is something I do regularly! I'd say trial and error will probably work best and figuring out which liners work best for you--that's personal preference most of the time in my experience :)

I have slightly hooded eyes asswell and found that using liquid liners weren't right for me, no matter how hard I tried it jus never worked! Even my friends doing it for me didn't work out.. Now I use eye shadows wet, using just water to paint solid defined lines and blending into a cat shape.. It's a much softer look :) x

I have hooded eyes as well. I found it helps if I make a tiny dot where I would like my liner to extend to. (Eyes open at this point) Then, I have to pull my skin a little so my eyelid is smooth. At this point you should be able to connect the dot with you your eyelid. I hope that helps!
