Omg I used to get those all the time luckily they stopped...I would dab it with baby soap and leave a washcloth on top of it with warm water.

Get a wash cloth and put warm water on it then put it on your eye the same thing happened to me and it went away.

Don't touch it! Stay away from any sort of eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, etc). Also, I've used the creams you can buy at stores. Those work wonders and have worked best for me.
