I've heard that Taking prenatal Vitamins helps to grow your faster making it longer. Is this true? does it work?

No, it does not work. I learned in school and they touched on it on the doctors. The reason people think it works is because when you are pregnant, your hair grows faster. So when taking prenatals it doesn't make it grow faster, its simply because youre pregnant. Your best bet is Biotin and try using less heat/product on your hair.

I'm pregnant and yes they do make your hair grow because it makes it more healthy from the vitamins. But it takes a really long time for you to actually notice, and anyone can take prenatals just not more than once a day.

Yeah they can make you retain water which can make you look bloated.
