New Hair Color Ideas Please.

Getting my hair done next week and I'm open to ideas. I'm trying to grow my hair long and I'm way over due for a trim so don't mind the unevenness. Also my hairs not even styled.

I have neutral/warm undertones. I have some outgrown golden highlights in my hair that are kind of peek a boo style. I don't want to look washed out because my skin has the ruddiness to it that I hate! I'm open to all kinds of ideas just as long as I'm getting some direction! Thanks in advance.

I was thinking this however one of my co workers said I should go lighter. I don't have the guts to go blonde lol I don't know!!
