Err...It's been awhile since I used mine, so I'm not sure if it applied before or after I used my card. You better check costumer service for better advice than me lol.

It asks you for your card because there's still shipping I think. When I first started I scoped out the cheapest thing but after tax/shipping whatever it was it was like 10.50 :(

We do offer a $10 credit when you first create you account as a way to introduce you to the Beautyilsh Boutiques. Jordan is right - it does not apply to shipping costs or taxes.
@Corrine - Are you in the US? The $10 is only for US customers (since we can only ship within the 50 United States). If you are, contact us at help@beautylish.com so we can look into this further for you.
