I'm allergic to a lot of things. And my legs always get red and bumpy after I shave I can't use shaving cream but I have hypoallergenic body wash. Is there anything I can put on after? Sometime conditioner works but I feel like that's only sometimes. I'm open to home made things and store bought :)

Before you get in the shower make a mix of 1 1/4 sugar, 1/2 cup oil, and 3 tsps lemon or lime juice and shake it. Wash your hair and face before you shave so your leg hair can soften. Rub the treatment on your legs, shave with the treatment (I know it's weird but it works) then rinse your legs. After you're done shaving go over your legs one last time with the scrub, rinse it and voila! Beautiful legs! I had the same problem with my legs and this worked so well. Only do it once or twice a week though.
