Switching skin moisturisers

I've been using this cream since I was a baby and its from my local African shop. Now I think it's time to switch and Nicole Guerriero (MUA) uses Vaseline coco moisturiser.my skin. Type is normal but the recent cream I've been using for over ten years has is petroleum jelly. What should I do🙀

You could test the other cream on a realitive and see if they like it or to be safe, stick with your original moisturizer:)
