Hey everyone so I'm having issues with my hair. My used to be extremely thick but ever since I joined the army my hair has thinned out drastically. I've been taking trader joes biotin and trimming it when needed but are there any good shampoos etc.that will help my thicken back to normal? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Yes. heard castor oil is thick and if massaged on scalp , thickens and darkens hair.

Yeah castor oil's great. but its really thick in consistency, so you might want to mix it with another oil like coconut or almond oil or any other oil that is lighter. also having biotin tablets helps. my doctor suggested it when I had developed hairfall. its great actually.

Yeah I use a lot of coconut oil and olive oil...I don't like the idea of a thick oil though bc my hair is so frail I can't afford for something so heavy on it to yank it out :(
