I'm trying to grow out my hair but I'm having a hard time /: any tips on how to speed up the process? I already cut an inch or two off thinking it would help but nothing, any ideas??

Leave your conditioner in for about 3-5 mins in the shower. Bend over and rise it out.

Or use baby shampoo with no conditioner after that put in hair oil and kind of your choice and leave conditioner in for 3-5 mins and 1 night week leave conditioner on over night and wash out that morning that's what I did :)

Massage your scalp for 2-3mins in the shower. Then once you're out of the shower , once your hair is damp , comb it slightly so you can stimulate your hair cells by pulling on them (:. The supplement , Biotin helps too! You'll find hair growth with that supplement for sure! And also eating oranges o;

So your hair grows from your follicle, meaning any treatment you use on your actual hair will not be effective. Take a multivitamin (with doctors permission, of course), MINIMIZE STRESS (as it releases hormone cortisol -- blood moves toward your organs in fight/flight response thus less blood/nutrients in follicle), drink enough water and get enough sleep. Try exercising too, and wait for your hair to grow!! :) all the best luck.
