Use an eyeliner pencil thats 2 shades lighter than your eyebrow hair and outline your brow and fill them in with your angled brush.

Just fill them in cuz if you try to arch them you won't have any. get a good brow pencil with a spoolie on the end. and brow wax

Create the shape using an eyebrow pencil and then fill in with eyeshadow.
That's what I had to do when the idiot woman at the salon screwed up and waxed off the front chunk of my eyebrow.
