A few things that can help are looking at your veins green veins usually mean warm and blue usually mean cool. There is a ton of imfomation on the net on this subject so maybe do a search. You look cool to me but I'm not an expert and may be wrong!

Okay, so I read online, and I think I have fair skin with cool pink undertones. You think thats true?

From the picture I'd say thats correct.
Maybe try classic ivory or something like warm honey?

I agree classic ivory or any medium ivory color will work for you :) and the vein trick doesn't always work :P I have blue veins, yet everyone (including makeup professionals) tell me I have a warm/golden undertone. But when you picking out a makeup the best thing to do is try a little bit of it on your hand or the inside of your wrist to make sure it blends well :) hope any of that helps :)
