Bought this the other day but confused on how to use it!! Does anyone know if you take it off each time you apply or you layer it up? It says "apply to bare nails every other day" but surely taking it off often would damage the nails even more!! Please help!! Xx

No I just put it on underneath nail polish and such left it there to stay!
