Don't worry about taking vitamins chick, you can't really overdose on them unless you were daft and took a whole bottle at once and even then you'd probs just be sick anyway. If you just take 1 multivitiamin a day you won't have any bad side effects at all and they'll probs help your nails too =] if you really don't wanna take them though try and up your intake of calcium through your food, that's dairy products mostly. You can also just try to up your daily intake of all vitamins and minerals, do abit of research on google, it's good stuff to know =]
