So I look like a 12 year old but I'm 15.-. So I might start to wear makeup so what are good products I only want mascara, lipstick, liquid eyeliner, and eyeliner Any suggestions?

My favorite liquid eyeliner is elfs liquid liner,a good lipstick is the maybelline color whisper.and I have the same problem

I would kind of discourage liquid liner starting out, it's hard to control. Gel liners are awesome though, I was really mad at myself for not trying them out sooner. Essance's gel liner is extremely black and creamy, maybelline's drama gel liner is good too.

Physicians formula fake out mascara is great but the brush is pretty big. Doll eyes by NYX is also good and the wand is smaller. Elf and hard candy have good liquid eyeliners and NYX has good pencil ones. Physicians formula has good gel liners if you wanna try those. Urban decay has amazing eye pencils if you want to splurge. Wet and wild has good lipsticks and elf has lip pencils that are to die for. All my suggestions are cruelty free and nearly all are drugstore. Hope this helps! Good luck! =]

'Hate and Naughty Lash' by mac is such and amazing mascara because you have both day 'n night look in the same product. Search for it!
Well, I've never tried another gel liner but I love the mac blacktrack, it keeps intact all day/night - my skin is pretty oily, btw.
