Well it looks like a pinkish purple smokey eye. with black liquid liner and purple shadow on the lower lash line. and a bright white inner corner highlight. for that smudge a white eyeliner and put white eyeshadow over it. then try a volumizing mascara. hope this helps!

Use the urban decay vice palette colours in noise and vice.

Exactly what @mary pat b. Said. But I think I see a little blue eyeshadow on the bottom lash line so put blue towards the inside but not all the way and then a purple toqards the outside.

Hi Allison,
First, it's important to have flawless skin. I recommend a good coverage foundation with a luminuous finish such as Fresh's Fresh Face Foundation or Bare Minerals Original Foundation. You can also use a highlighter such as Benefit's High Beam Under or Over your skin focusing on the center of the face, temples and above the bow in the lip and give your cheeks a nice dewy look without a whole lot of color with Too Faced's Sweethearts Blush. For cheeks, she has a very high pigmented color focusing on the upper cheekbones. Try Inglot Blush #20 with an angled blush brush.
Fill in your brows (We love Anastasia) and then get started on the eyes.
For the eyes start with an eye primer (of course) and use a matte white shadow all over including the inner corners towards the bridge of the nose. Try Inglot #318. Next, add the vibrant pink shade starting on the lid where your brow would naturally start (giving space for the white corners) and blend just above the crease. Try Inglot #311. With a big fluffy crease brush, use Inglot #375 directly into the crease as well as under the lash line. Take Inglot #334 and blend it into the outer corners and in with your darker crease color.
Line eyes with a black liquid or gel liner into a winged effect and apply into the bottom water line on the outer corners (Too Faced's 3-Way Lash Lining Tool is good for both effects).
Follow with fluttery false lashes and a few coats of black mascara.
For her soft pink lip, Try Lime Crime's Great Pink Planet.
I hope that helps! xo
