Costal Scents 252 palette is probably my end all be all for colors. The colors are wonderfully pigmented and they last all day, and the palette itself is only $25 I believe. - www.coastalscents.com
The other two I recommend aren't exactly cheap. The Urban Decay Naked Palette is wonderful for neutral colors and I adore it. It's easily found at Sephora but its also $50.
Too Faced Palettes are good to. I just got the 'return of Sexy' palette and used it for the first time today and I adore it. It is also found at Sephora for $38.

Depends on you budget, bh cosmetics and coastal sense are the best value. Bh always has sales going on. I have Naked 1 from urban decay and use it a lot in the cooler months, but now that its getting warm I'm using my bh cosmetics 88 matte pallet and bh "Hollywood" pallet. I love the vibrant pigments.
a better value that gets covered under the naked pallets is Lorac Pro pallet. Its 8 matte colors and 8 shimmer. For under 42$. You can find it at ulta or sephora I believe.

Too faced palettes are all amazing and last me forever! I like boudoir eyes and natural at night. They also come with little pictures that show where to put colors on your eye for desired look! Good luck there's so many fun options out there!

Too faced palettes aren't that expensive you can get them at sephora,ulta &the beautylish boutique all of the too faced palettes are gorgeous whichever one you choose would have good options to play with :)
