Sometimes I get those and its a reaction to feathers in my pillows!! Does your pillow have lots of feathers?? All you can do is apply some aloe vera it will be soothing and will help with inflammation maybe take an antihistamine too :)

FAB (first aid beauty) ultra repair cream! I would suggest you use that! It's super moisturizing, great for eczema! I loved it when I had a problem with my face.

Have you changed the washing powder you use to wash you're bed sheets, I find I get bumps like that if I'm allergic to something and its usually down to washing powder.
