If you're a natural brunette I highly suggest Natural Instincts (yes ammonia free!) in 16 or 22 both worked well and the combination (my thick hair requires two bottles of dye) was flawless and the color blended so naturally with my brown. It also comes with the color refresher packets that helped with how natural it looked!
