So I've had bonded and clip in extensions but my hair is so dead I'm thinking of either getting a weave or a wig but I've never had either before and I've never met a white girl with a weave before! Just wondering if wigs or weaves are worth it! Thanks ladies xx

Your hair doesn't look damaged at all.

It actually quite fried I straighten it everyday and dye it and bleach it often... If only you could feel it you'd understand!

I've never gotten a weave but I plan on getting the bonded extensions. Is it worth it?

Well if you want to give your hair a break get a sew in thats what I always do n it helps your hair grow to n be mindful that a lot of celebrities where weave n it blends perfectly just make you find someone who won't make it look to much but jus right

Definitely worth it! I'm gettin' my first sew in myself , I've fried my very thin & lifeless hair over the years , & I plan on wearing weaves for the rest of my life lol! just make sure it's 100% REAL human hair.

They're worth it but for you to get sew in your hair would have to hold a braid for an extended period of time. if it can then go for it.

Sew ins are fantastic. they arent damaging to your hair at all and I used to wear them all the time and get lots of compliments. people could never tell it wasnt mine. a girl does them at the salon I work at and she does tons of white girls. kourtney kardashian definitely wears them as well. just make sure you go to someone who has a lot of experience bc the finer and more straight the hair, the sooner it will loosen. and also get accustomed to dry shampoo bc the less you wash it the better. just talk to your stylist a lot bc there are lots of tricks and ways of keeping it up to make it last a lot longer and look very natural.

At our salon for what I think would be best for someone with your hair (from what I saw in your pictures) it would be about $100. thats a partial sew in with a certain pattern she does, dacember. if differs everywhere though. our price is pretty cheap.

This is me with 20" human hair weave in, with only the very top of my real hair left out. It looks very nice if you go to someone who knows their stuff, or a professional of course...but if you can't stand your scalp being itchy/really tight then sew in weave might not be for you because your real hair is sewn into corn rows all around your head very tightly and I'm not going to lie, its very tight and itchy...but if you can deal with it then go for it. :)

I personally feel that weaves are worth it... Many white girls in my school have had one and it looks most of the time completely natural (texture wise).. Make sure you get the right color.. And this might sound crazy but I found a 40$ weavologist's on Craigslist.. She's legit and has become one of my bestfriends!! I was a bit doubtful at first , but a weave is a weave whether its 40$ or 200$.. Deff. Helped my hair grow , and you can take pills for the tightness or ask your stylist to braid a lil looser if your tender headed.

Wow you all have been very informative thank you ladies! and for the girl who asked about bonded extensions honestly there sooo expensive and the up keep is just added cost! However they look amazing and soo much more natural that clip ins! but unless you have a lot of money to spare and I'm talking thousands don't do it.
