Teeth Whitening Tips?

I know about the crest strips or whiting tooth paste, and even the baking soda with peroxide or lemon juice trick. Those all ruin your enamel.. Is there anything that won't damage my enamel? Should I just go to the dentist and get my teeth whitened?

There is toothpaste that rebuilds enamel. Try a toothpaste for sensitive teeth, they rebuild enamel which means they whiten them. I use it.
