I decided that I'm going to start stretching for about 10 minutes, jogging for 10 minutes, biking for at least 30 minutes, doing squats, sit-ups, and pull-ups every night. I started today and I feel tired but great! What do you guys do for workouts and exercises?

I just got back from training...three times a week,1-1.5 hour training.my forth year doing karate,and besides that,I don't work out much.I just strech sometimes,or go for a long walk...actualy,I am taknig long evening walks every other day,and that's it.

I dance 12-16 hours a week, and then I have a set of stretches and strengthening exercises from my physiotherapist. I try to do two Pilates or Yoga classes per week but that doesn't always happen!

I'm in track and cross country and track is in the spring (now) and cross country in fall. Track is 2hour 2times a week we usually run 2 miles each day and cross county in 3times a week and it's usually 6miles or less

Run 30 minutes everyday with abb workouts
Lift arms or legs every day I can fit it in
and nothing on Saturdays or the day before a track meet:D

Wow you guys are crazy! Haha, glad we're all getting some good exercise though. I have a good metabolism so I never really gain weight, I just want to be fit. Plus, I won't have this metabolism forever, have to start living healthier now or never!! :)

I'm a cheerleader! I do like 25 sit ups each day to help with my tumbling! I also stretch each day! I also go on walks a lot! :)
