I currently have orange hair but its not nearly as bright as I'd like. I was thinking of bleachcing all my hair with the flash lightning kit from manic panic and using a semi permanent hair color to get that bright orange I want but how easy is out to keep bleaching Your roots without doing the rest of Your hair too.

I used to bleach my own and being that your hair is so short I should think itd be even easier for you! give it a go x

But how do I get it like a white blonde so I can do pastel colors if I wanted to.
