It all depends on what you're looking for.
As for neutral palettes try: Urban Decay Naked, Naked 2, or Naked Basics.
As for other colors there are a million options. You could try some preset palettes (palettes the company puts together, usually come with 'look/color cards, and has colors that can be use to create multiple looks). Too Faced makes some good ones, so does Sephora (their eye shadows are REALLY pigments and blend VERY well. Try one of the Pro Collection palettes Sephora makes), and maybe even the Urban Decay Ammo palette.

Urban decay all the way!! I have both and personally I get more use out if the 1st! I think the 1st is more for beginners and 2nd is for more experienced people! You couldn't go wrong with either! I love the naked plates! Best things ever! Totally worth $50.
