I use any organic honey or one made as locally as possible. One with as little preservatives; you want 100% pure honey :)

Any type of honey as long as its raw. You can use just honey by itself or you can add things for added benefits like lemon juice, crushed aspirin, baking soda, cinnamon, etc.

Any kind of raw, unpasteurized honey. Raw clover honey, raw manuka honey, etc. Raw honey is not the transparent, deep golden honey that's sold in bear-shaped bottles at the supermarket. It's roughly the same color as applesauce and it's very thick and goopy, and it's sold in jars at health food stores and farmer's markets. The reason raw honey is so much more beneficial is because it hasn't been pasteurized (treated with heat), so it retains its enzymes and healing properties, unlike pasteurized honey.

Thanks girls :)
I want to know how to make a mask with honey and lemon. also, how many times a week should I use this, and for how long?

There are a couple options. You can mix 2 tsp honey and 2tsp lemon juice then apply it to a clean face. Leave on for about 20 minutes. Maybe once a week. You can wash your face daily with just honey.
