Pop an advil licquid gel and rub it on the acne it will help the swelling and the redness.

I think using lemon is good if your skin is oily and milk if your skin dry

This may sound weird.. But if you exfoliate with face wash and a warm wash cloth then dab white toothpaste (yes, it has to be white) over the spots with acne and sleep with it over night they should be nearly gone. Sounds a little sketchy, I know, but it usually works for me and I hope it works for you too! :)

Do NOT try toothpaste, I have a lot of acne, and I did try with toothpaste, I just did get more acne.. -.- (sorry for bad english, from norway:/ haha)

Wash your skin with a exfoliator and a face wash! I'd definetly recommend the Neutrogena Acne Spot Gel 8 hours or something like that!
