What do you apply first, eyeliner or eyeshadow?

It depends on what your preference is. I tend to do eyeshadow first, and then eyeliner, that way I don't have to worry about my shadow dulling my liner. Of course, you could always go over it again, I just don't like adding extra steps! :)
