I would say since its summer I would go with really pastel colors like baby pinks, light purple (lavender almost), blues (light teals), or if you want something more bold- brown/reds and red are always gorgeous against blonde hair.. I'm putting a really bright red brown in my bangs soon and can't wait! I love the red and blonde look but that's just me :) remember too you might want something more neutral and pastel too if you want it to go with everything- I had Hott pink in my blonde hair before (it was so hard to get out :( two bleaching-s long) and the pink really bothered me when I would wear other bright colors, but maybe it was just me! And it kind of washed me out if I didn't have blush or bronzer on too, but again maybe that was just me lol  >.<

I have blonde hair too and I dip died mine orange but if you do it with one of those small packages of kool aid it come out really good ( not the purple) but if you boil water and a pack of kool aid and then when it's done boiling put it in a bowl and put your hair up in a pony and soak it for 10 mins when you do this make sure your hair is dry and you take a shower before cuz if you wanted to stay bright don't let your hair get wet for about 2 days
