Ok, so I bleached my hair from brown to bright blonde and I may have left it in a little to long. My ends are completely shot and I can barely get a comb through my hair. Is there anything I can do to fix it? (Treatments, conditioners, etc.) I'm willing to try anything. I just want to know if I am going to need to cut it off (which I really don't want to do because I've been growing it out for 8 months). Any advice would be a help :)

Sounds wierd but try mixing 2 egg yolks with about a half cup mayonnaise. Leave it on for about a half hour. When you rinse make sure you use cool water! Using warm/hot water will cook the egg into your hair and be a huge pain to get out. Though this will help, you may still need to cut a little off.

Cut the damaged ends! Its so much easier- once hair is damaged you really can't get it to be healthy again. Sorry!

Cut the damaged ends off- or at least half of them if you don't want to completely get rid of the length but your split ends will eventually keep splitting up your hair strand. Before I bleach my hair (and I do it all over once a month) I use a neutral protein filler and before I tone it too this and the bleach I use leave very minimal damage- I would deff recommend protein treatments weekly on your hair and deep conditioning masks with this product from Sally's: http://www.sallybeauty.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-SA-Site/default/mProduct-Show?pid=SBS-737406
I use this product once a week or every two weeks don't use this or protein more than 2 a week because too much protein has adverse effects on hair but I will leave this on overnight and it really has made a difference. I also use a split end treatment from nexxus this won't fix them permanently but it will lessen the appearance of them daily and it has really helped make a difference in my hair : http://m.ulta.com/mt/www.ulta.com//ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod2910029
And the last product (because I can go on all day about things you can use for split ends since having blonde hair will make you a pro at doing damage control on your hair) so lastly, I would deff recommend you looking into its a ten leave in product it's a leave in conditioner (and is pretty expensive- so you can use the knock off brand miracle 7 at Sally's )- I have both of these and they're very similar- and I would suggest you using this everytime you get out of the shower or anytime really it will just condition your hair and heat protect it too (deff important- so go get a heat protectant spray if you don't already have one) and also I just have to mention if you're using a purple shampoo/conditioner they can be drying on your hair so go get yourself a good brand shampoo/conditioner (I use either bed head restoring ones or fekkai color care) try not to use any cheap ones on your hair - they're damaging and have bad ingredients that will dry your hair out more and make it seem worse condition than it is- hope this helps, if you ever need anything feel free to ask! Hair masques work wonders! Or just leaving conditioner in your hair for a couple of hours works too.

Cut it. At least get a trim. Your hair won't grow as well if the ends are damaged, so I get that you've been growing it out, but it'll grow a lot better if you cut off the damage.

Aphogees Two Step Protein Treatment! When your hair is damaged it loses a lot of protein. I definitely think you should try it out! xx
