I use it, but only because I have a coupon and my doctor said it would work for me. It's quite expensive. It does work pretty well, but not overnight when you first get it. It has something in it that promotes new skin growth, and that's how it works. It will make you a lot more susceptible to sunburn, but you're fine if you wear sunscreen. I use it every night on areas that are troublesome, and it definitely clears them up pretty fast, I would recommend it!
