I don't think there's green foundation, but Smashbox has an amazing green primer that you put underneath your foundation to hide redness.

Smashbox has a really nice green primer that works well on overall red skin but if your looking for something to primarily cover red blemishes or imperfections physicians formula has a good variety or corrective concealers that work well for me! :)

I've never seen green foundation but there are green primers and concealers.
Concealers: Physicians Formula, Neutrogena, NYX, Dermablend, Maybelline, Palladio
Primers: E.l.f, Loreal, Revlon and Stila, and Smashbox have some. I'm not sure who else.

I have the makeup forever face primer in green, and the nyx pot that is a green concealer and they both work very well for covering redness.
