Foundation or face makeup is unnecessary. Same with eyebrow application. Usually girls at the age of 13 should stick to powdered or creme shadows, and some lip gloss/stick/tint/balm. There's no need for bronzers, powders. If you want some coverage you could get a BB cream though :)

All I wear daily is like mascara and sometimes BB creams. But I have a lot if makeup just for practice and fun.. But other people bought it for me.. So I don't know?? Sorry this didn't really help.

I think you should keep it simple as much as possible. Once you start with makeup then you'll never want to leave the house again without it. 13 year olds skin is very precious and it can easily get pimply. Keep I natural and keep it fresh.

I would stick with drugstore products. Occasionally more expensive brands. Mac can be expensive!

I think its totally up to you! I'm 1 month away from 14 and I wear a face base, not as heavy as foundation. and then blush, pink eyeshadow, mascara, concealer, and baby lips!(: so pretty much my whole face!

Makeup at 13!? If your going to wear makeup stick to the neutrals. Very thin eyeliner, baby lips and blush is all I used at that age. :)

I'm 13 but I never put foundation,( even though I own it) I only put Irvin festivals and celebrations and when me and my friends do prom things. What I put is mascara, lipstick/gloss and some blush. I only put so much when I wanna play around with it or when I wanna take pics. Then I take it off.

I am 14 and I think it up to you what you want to wear just don't go overboard with it.. I wear a light coverage foundation, a little eyeliner on my top lids, mascara and a tinted lipbalm thats what's I use daily but I were to go out for the night I'd wear a little more like eyeshadow and maybe abit of bronzer or blush. hope this helped?:)
