I do french braids! Either two, or one down the middle.

^I agree, they're much better than normal braids because they involve different sized pieces of hair creating more natural curls. And also bendy rollers.

Sleeping with wet hair is not good for one's health, you may become sick.

Add some gel to your hair and then French braid it and sleep on it and then in the morn uhh ng you'll have beautiful wavy hair.

I braid my hair or put socks in my hair (a heatless way of having curls) :)

I sleep with soaking wet hair every night because I refuse to blow dry my hair (I done this since I was six) but I put it in two French braids or just a regular one and I haven't gotten sick once because of it.
