Asprin. You crush it up, put some drops of water until the aspirin is pasty (if you add too much water just crush up another aspirin) and then put that on your pimples and wait for the aspirin to dry up and then rinse it with warm water (you will know when it drys because the aspirin paste will start to crumble)
