Part your hair into two even pieces (or else the curls will be different sizes) and hold them into a high pigtail and tightly twist them and then roll it into a cirlce.. So it looks like two tiny buns on the side of your head and if your going to sleep on it, use a hair net or bandana. :) then separate the curls in the morning as desired.

A French twist works great on my hair. When its damp, part your hair as you normally would and then take two pieces of hair on one side of the part. Twist them away from your face and then add hair as you continue. I hope this helped, if so follow me (:
