Herbal essences have sulfate in them which makes your hair frizzier :( Try a sulfate free shampoo or botanic conditioner :) And mixing a palm full of olive oil with your conditioner works great.
If you're comfortable with it, try showering in cold water once or twice (or at least don't linger in a steamy bathroom once your done). Steam opens up your hair cuticle which also causes frizz.

Herbal essences has a specific shampoo that helps frizz so I doubt they'd be sponsoring it

I use to use Pantine for curly hair, I found it much more moisturizing. Do not wash your hair more than twice a week (once is fine if you can stand it). I'm going to assume your hair is naturally curly in which case do not brush unless your in the shower. I've started using WEN (lavender for body and moisture) which is a cleansing conditioner and is so much better for me than shampoo (I still use a tiny bit of conditioner) and always rinse in cool water and try to dry with low heat or cold air. I fought my hair for years and now that I let it do it's thing, I love love love my thick curls.

Also don't towel dry your hair too much, if you must dab it down rub it and even better is to dry it with a tshirt which gets the excess water out but doesn't dry it too much and makes the blow drying turn out much better.

Ouidad. Their stuff is amazing. I've tried pretty much every brand you can buy at everyday stores but nothing comes close to working as well as ouidad.
