Hi beauties, eating healthy & incorporating good oils into your diet will make your hair shiner, healthier, & thicker. I eat salmon or trout at least once a week & snack on almonds or walnuts instead of snacking on chips. Every I cook food with coconut oil & avoid cooking with butter. Change your diet & you will see a huge difference in the health of your hair.:)
