Hey bunnies!! I need to know what's co washing. Also.can you use a deep conditioner while co washing.

Co washing is to juat use conditioner and no shampoo. If you do end up co-washing I recommend using a clarifying shampoo every other wash to avoid product build up!! And as far as deep conditioner goes I would only do that once a week because it can be over done!! Hope that helps!!

I didnt realize your ethnicity actually. Don't clarify that often it will strip out to much of your natural oils!!

I shampoo my hair once a week and condition every day (rinsing thoroughly) also try WEN it's a cleansing conditioner so it's quite moisturizing and isn't shampoo so it keeps a lot of the natural healthy oils in your hair (it doesn't foam so don't be alarmed lol) it's great and since I've started using it my curls have really improved and the overall texture of my hair is much softer.
