Get Sally Henson strengthening nail polish to strengthen it
To get it to grow: rub on your nails for 3-5 minutes daily

Try a strenghtening nail polish and iron is good for nails.

Along with strengthening nail polish! Also be careful about the foods you eat! Tons of sugary food isn't good for your nails:). ( I stopped eating much sugary food and my nails became so much stronger). Well hope this helps!
